The work consists of a television on an Olympus WM-SC Endoscopy Trolley. When watching television on this trolley you may choose instead to be watching the insides of your body. This includes your upper digestive system, oesophagus, stomach or duodenum. Alternatively you may choose to be watching a telecast from within your large intestine, colon or rectum. Online media platforms, public broadcasters and commercial free-to-air channels are all viable content providers. A voluntary blurring of vision (the relaxing of your ocular muscles) can assist with achieving interiorisation. Audio should be muted or kept at a low volume. The contact details of a Gastroenterologist and a Creative Visualisation Coach are offered to the owner of the work for on-call support. The owner of the work may upgrade the television and audiovisual accessories when necessary. The work has no recommended duration. Television should feel immediately more relatable.
